Specifications
■ Glass fiber mesh fabrics are made of yarn or roving by means of leno or plain weave.
■ A high quality synthetic coating on glass yarn protects our mesh against alkaline influences from adhesives and other materials.
■ Tensile Strength Test: During 28 days, glass fiber mesh is left in %5 NaOH solution, at the end of this period, the strength of glass fiber mesh must be %50 of initial tensile strength. Asteknik glass fiber mesh is far above %50.
■ Elongation of Vertex glass fiber mesh is not exceeding %4.
■ Mesh fabrics should be used when two materials with different coefficients of expansion come together.
■ Vertex glass fiber mesh is produced in E-Glass in both directions : warp and weft.
■ E-Glass has high tensile strength and excellent elasticity.
■ High mechanical strength.
■ Functional coating.
■ For interior and exterior applications.
■ Good bonding behavior.
■ Excellent tensile strength and rigidity.
■ Smooth and easy to handle.
■ Hygienic performance.
■ Compatible with all major facade systems.
■ Compatible with all types of rendering systems.
■ Reliable reinforcement for external facades.
■ Low resin consumption.
